Regulations

Regulations for the hoop discipline do not exist yet. The current documents list categories only — no hoop or ball sizes, no height, no throwing distance, no scoring.

Until they are written, the field judges by the pilot's working values. They live in rules.json and change without touching code.

What applies now

An attempt lasts 90 to 180 seconds depending on the category. One basket is one point. A gap between baskets is required, otherwise a ball rocking in the net would count twice. The server decides, not the camera: one rule for the whole field.

Disputing a basket

Every run has a protocol: all events with time, camera confidence and the reason for any rejection. Human corrections are logged with a mark — there are no silent fixes.
