How we handle your data

What we collect

The participant's name, to show on the scoreboard and announce at the awards. Age and category, to score the run correctly. A parent's phone number only if you ticked "contact me" — without that tick the number is not stored at all.

The registry stores a key, not your number

To recognise you next time we need a key. We store an irreversible derivation of the number, not the number itself: it can match two entries, it cannot be dialled.

Faces are always covered

The hoop saves a frame at the moment of a basket. On every frame visible in the service the face is covered. No uncovered image is released to anyone — that action does not exist here.

No consent, no participation

The data-processing tick is required. Without it no registration is created and no frames of the participant are kept.

What you can ask for

Change your data, withdraw consent, delete results — through the administrator on site.
